Files not uploading after installing the client

Symptoms

After installing the Medialogix Desktop Uploader Client files do not begin uploading however the client operates as expected.

Solution

This issue can be resolved by restarting the machine.  When an install of the product has been completed a reboot of the machine will be required to initialise the upload service, during this time the client application will appear and function correctly but uploads will not begin.

Proposed Fix

Although this is documented it appears to be a common problem, we propose to address this issue by adding a restart prompt to the installer, this will only affect non-silent installs.
